Four Williamsburg Wharf's Amenity Spaces Unveiled in Brooklyn
The amenity spaces at Four Williamsburg Wharf, a 22-story residential tower in Brooklyn, have been revealed. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture and Hill West Architects, and developed by Naftali Group, this 280-foot-tall structure is part of the 3.75-acre Williamsburg Wharf complex. It will offer 128 rental units, located along Kent Avenue between South 10th and 11th Streets.
The amenity spaces include a fitness center, basketball and pickleball court, sky club with coworking areas, billiards and gaming room lounge, private dining and event space, and an outdoor roof deck with a fire pit. The lobby, designed by Studio Munge, showcases a stylish and inviting space.
But here's where it gets interesting: the Williamsburg Wharf Resort & Recreation Club, designed by Ward + Gray, offers additional shared amenities. These include a rooftop pool deck overlooking the East River that transforms into a seasonal ice-skating rink, an indoor-outdoor fitness center with a terrace and yoga studio, a juice bar, a private dog run, and landscaped outdoor spaces connecting directly to the waterfront park's 525 feet of public frontage.
Homes at Four Williamsburg Wharf will range from studio to two-bedroom layouts, with a collection of penthouses. Each unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, and some come with private outdoor terraces or patios, offering stunning views of the East River and Manhattan skyline. Rentals start at $3,980 per month for a studio, with Corcoran New Development handling leasing and marketing.
As the third and final tower in the first phase of Williamsburg Wharf, Four Williamsburg Wharf is the only rental property in the master plan. Phase two is expected to add two more residential towers on a partially excavated plot along the East River. Construction is on track to be completed later this winter, with One, Two, and Three Williamsburg Wharf already open for occupancy.
